Why might Yorkville be unhappy?

1) when the share price is declining, they make less money on their sales than when it is holding steady or increasing. This is because their share price is based on an average of several days and a steady decline means the actual margin is less than the average margin (15%?). WebSlinger has made this argument before.

2) when the share price is declining, their clients are suffering losses on paper just like the rest of us. Their investors want to make money, not lose it. Note that their investors don’t know any more than we do about the state off the company. They are trusting that Yorkville’s involvement means the company will experience an increase in the share price, not a decrease. I’m guessing they may be pushing back a little at Yorkville by now.

Why might Kings be unhappy?

1) KBLB is almost two years late in delivering silk to them. Not good for planning/marketing decisions. They can’t know for certain if KBLB will ever get their act together. Kings certainly knows more than we do, but I don’t think they realized how long Spydasilk was going to take to get to market.

Those are great reasons to believe that both are unhappy with Thompson.
