A few people have PM’d me asking about my take on the LFER/SOLI filing. I answered this in a private Twitter group on Friday and the answer is still the same:
I gave it a quick read last night and it seems like the LFER management yahoos were in a neck and neck race with the SOLI clowns to see who was more incompetent and scammy. In the end, the filing was submitted by the CareClix team and basically they have null and voided the merger. Back to zero for SOLI holders. My guess is they will try again with another ticker but I have virtually nil hope they will be successful even though insiders and the insider investors have a crapload of SOLI shares that I’m sure they would like to see trade. Scott and Korangy for the loss once again.
