I think you have laid it out well STS. When I think back to some of the commentary made by a couple of the judges to Marjac during that appeal, I get so mad at Amarin for not joining that case. By joining that case those comments would not have come to be (you know ones that this case was only brought by disgruntled shareholders, etc.).
