I can see his point. Right now a large partner can get about 10% of the company with the C shares. At bit of a depressed price without raising the ire of shareholders if the stock was $4 to $5 now.

They could have come to some agreement in June pending a JA or other milestone. So let’s say based on (if true or not) it is a $3.50 agreement for 10% it would be accepted by shareholders. A buyout would be years down the line if all solid tumors operable and inoperable are factored in.

What you are suggesting is wildly illegal.

Insiders intentionally suppressing the share price so that a buyer can purchase for a lesser price? Seriously?
