When Ross Perot got his first job as a sales rep, the company offered him either a salary or work off commission. He believed in himself, so he took the commission. At the end of his first year, he made more money than the CEO. The CEO did not like that, a sales rep was making more money than him, so he told him he'd have to go on salary and forgo commissions. Perot, because he believed in himself, quit his job, started his own company, became a millionaire and even tried to run for president. This is the kind of people Eric needs. There are many talented people out there, who Eric could go to, and give them the pitch that, I can only give you a small salary now, but if you go out there and do a great job, and that great job causes the price of WNBD to rise to a nickel, we will give you five million free shares. If the stock goes to a dime, we will give you another ten million shares. I think there are a lot of talented people out there who believe in themselves and would be willing to be employed on a risk vs. reward basis. HADV, which you pointed out, lost $130,000 last year, but yet they just went out and hired a public relations firm, to raise awareness for their products. It appears Eric thinks he can do everything by himself, but after fifteen plus years of very limited success, he has to look at other options. I believe there are many talented people out there who would grab at Eric's offer because they believe in themselves.
