I look at it this way. Not much as happen in last 6 months for there to be dilution. But
none the less, avoiding is good. More expenditure was required for Professional fees reported for year ending 2021 ( $29,600 approx. ) but did not find much for last 6 months. The acquisition has not started. The real test as far as possible dilution, will come later, at least that's how I view it..


However I am not saying dilution is necessarily bad. It depends why the dilution is happening. Could be to help boost revenue, a sign of growth, or a sign of financial problems, more often the case. Usually the stock value is diminished.
