You got to love this board. Comments from the company are analyzed to ad barf but no one seems to really take a look at the original message from the SEC to Mr. Muranz. First is the SEC person's name for real? Many personnal names are never used because of retribution. MERRILY W KATZ a pseudonym? Here kitty, kitty!

The Subject-File HO2104275 seems to apply to Mr. Mauranz's complaint with the comment "We are acknowledging your email and have recorded YOUR COMMENTS in the SEC's database." One would assume that any recording to a gov database would be coded, AKA File Number. My read is that this number refers to the DATA from the INDIVIDUAL and is not necessary the number that the SEC may have on file for others/or Original complaint about GTE. Hence, GTEM's comment about numbers not jiving?

Also has anyone given any thought to the possibility that the Merry Kitty could be several persons and the first Kitty screwed up by making the statement "issue/matter has been closed/conclude..." and another Kitty is quickly covering it up? The mystery continues!! LRT
