IMPERATIVE element to the riddle, the lawsuit was based on ~ "infringement of the patents."

case was settled.

Where are the patents now?

If not in the corporation, then where?

Who owns them right now?

(not looking for run of the mill "top of iceberg" B.S. response/answer... .rather the BACK DOOR behind closed door conniving DEALINGS that made a MASSIVE settlement into a nugatory settlement)

WHERE DID THE $ for the ACTUAL VALUE of the patents get SIPHONED OFF TO ! (that's the million dollar question)
