this case is FULL of SIDE DEALS & players going behind the each other's backs tryna amend prior contracts, etc
the [purported] $125 million deal was the part of the iceberg we can see, but the patents had too much VALUE to be ostensibly settled for that #,
not buying any of it until legal documents fully legitimize these assertions.. .
interesting that bentham DID NOT GET THE MEMO to TRY TO DOWNPLAY the patent value/amounts to the inventors.. .like carter & deirdre's scheme !
(after such secrecy with doc's redacted/sealed, seems very calculating to reveal deirdre's arbitration award 3 days prior to default judgement)
