The SEC lawyers presented the same case using the same precedent that convicted other delinquent companies.
There are NO MITIGATING CIRCUMSTANCES for late failing. The SEC HAS NEVER ACCEPTED ANY.
They won’t be accepting any here either.
And when all is said and done in this case? It is extremely likely that the SEC Board Of Commissioners will overturn Foelak’s ABSOLUTELY INSANE Initial Decision.
