The judge did not screw up. It was the SEC lawyers who screwed up and did not do their job. They failed to convince the judge to render a penalty. They had revocation in the palm of their hands and let it slip away. Where are they now. If the judge made a mistake, then the commission can overturn the decision. They have not done that. They just add extensions and delays. So the SEC dumps the case on the OTC markets and cause more delays as neither wants to finalize a decision.
