Who agrees/disagrees that 3M will go for the Texas two-step? There's potentially a lot riding on this question for 3M shareholders.

Another wrinkle is that the US Supreme Court may eventually ban this practice, but that won't happen soon (the Court's docket is full) and such a decision probably wouldn't be applied retroactively.
