Those warrants are at .01. A set price. And SMDM received about $5M for them. Seems pretty straightforward. Why would it drop to a penny?? SMDM should earn .04-.05/share this year and they've got over .10/share in cash on the balance sheet. It's amazing the stock is available below .20 imo. Hey to each their own. If you don't feel comfortable with SMDM, I'd move on to the next one. I have a feeling the stock may languish for months, then spike much higher if the reverse split/Nasdaq listing becomes a reality. Or if something ever happens with Tesla as teased at the end of the last CC. I'm going to give them til the end of the year. Good luck!
