I'm not trying to belittle your investment. I'm trying to understand. Is management friend or foe or just negligent here? You say they are not floorless. That's what I'm askign and not getting answers. What is the floor then? I don't understand. Help me understand. I may be back. As I said, the fundamentals look good. The penny warrants put a bad taste in my mouth.

I guess my question is, who is selling?? What is preventing them from taking this to 1 cent? That's what has me spooked. It feels like someone with the 1 cent warrants is exercising at 1 cent, sselling at market. And they have millions of rounds of ammo. When do they start losing money? What is their motive? That's what I need to know. Make me understand. Explain it to me in simple English, not all that legalese, please.

And why all the tapdancing around the issue from the unidentified analyst in the cc. He is making accusations of short selling, wishes he was in on the deal, but doesn't want to give full disclosure.

I hope they do go Nasdaq. Taht might be a good place for me to come in if they do. Is this behavior allowed on Nasdaq? I don't know.

NROM is another good value, but has its own set of problems. Since you asked. Neposism is there issue. IVFH has some great value, and 2 good activists new to their board.

Throw some reasons at me for why I should trust this mgmt. team. If you don't mind. Share some of your years of knowledge so I can feel secure and that there is a solid floor here somewhere.
