I’ll give answers

1. About 8 more months the Keystone could be finished. As per people that worked it prior to being shut down.

2. Speak to government leaders in Alaska. Senators and Governor. Completely stymied Anwar. Real issue is for Alaska is this kind of profit goes to citizens.

3. Oil is fungible. Killing Russian oil will only cause Russia to sell to the Chinese or to us through a third party. The only way to crash the price is to flood in more supply. It is simple economics. Drill more to supply more.
