All the manufacturing contract calls out is that Advent manufactures Specials and has a minimum payment due of $5.1/m a year. It says nothing about Advent using the Sawston equipment.

Please provide a link to this contract so that we may see what you are claiming and judge on our own whether to put any weight into the above assertion.
