1) I could, but you are afraid to open links to the SEC. It should take anybody about 2 minutes to find it.

2) All the manufacturing contract calls out is that Advent manufactures Specials and has a minimum payment due of $5.1/m a year. It says nothing about Advent using the Sawston equipment.
