Applicant thanks the Examiner for withdrawal of rejection of claims 1, 3, 10, 11, 12, 18, 19, 20, 22, 29, 30, 31, 33, 34, 48 and 50.
I don't understand how the USPO can reject these claims consistently in May 2017, March 2018, Jan 2019 March 2020 and August 2021... but now get those rejections (five years straight!!!) withdrawn. Talking about a patent attorney playing 3d chess while the USPO was playing checkers. Apparently, NWBO's patent attorney is good (understatement!). WTF!!!
If NWBO get this mother-of-all (DCVax + damn-near anything) patent, if I am understanding this patent correctly, we could be looking at every biotech who has a damn near any cancer inhibitor or therapeutic will need to partner with NWBO!
This is Huge!! Or maybe, the ramblings of a mad man, lol.
