I'd wager CB had input into the decision to wait to release TLD with publication. I'd wager he had additional input on how to deal with the shorts in NWBO. What that additional input amounts to and if any actions will be taken from said input, we will have to wait and see.

Pure speculation here (as is your statement that he has done nothing), but CB could have used his DC influence to include NWBO in the shorting probe.

They certainly didn't put this guy on the board so they could look at his pretty face.
