The monitor notified Finra in Feb 2019 that it did not anticipate value for equity from the CCAA.

Finra did not suspend the cusip until Nov 2019.

I am asking the experts on the board if

1. It’s common to notify Finra of an anticipated outcome before it is complete
2. What event occurred that triggered the suspension of shares in November 2019. Why not October? Why not March?

If nobody knows that’s fine. I was asking a legitimate question. One of the questions I have outstanding and unanswered. Hence doubt, hence shareholders wait. Not sure why that’s so hard to understand…
