Not sure the problem here. Everyone knew the result but the Monitor didn't notify FINRA until their dismissal, as there was still reports of appeals and lawsuits, etc. Are you saying the investing public wasn't sufficiently protected with the "Q" designation and the clear Monitor reports that stated the failure of the SISP and likely liquidation in real time?

Whats the problem?
