I personally am not a FINRA expert. Good luck in your quest to understand why they suspended the CUSIP when they did. I am actually also interested, although I have no doubt whatsoever about the outcome of the bankruptcy.
So you think the 9 month delay is concerning but 4 years "hiding" some fantasy transaction is plausible?
