Last January Cognate announced a planned doubling of manufacturing capacity to be done ASAP. That was the month before Charles River Labs announced the purchase of Cognate and manufacturing expansion beyond that planned by Cognate. Seems that job openings for that space are now available to be filled in dramatic fashion. Advent went from 30 to about 40 when the final GMP cert was made public. There is a donor recruiter position listed here so theoretically this means patients unable to provide their own leukopheresis sample can have their DCs made from a matching donor (part of the patent).
