I believe it is prudent to bring forward the pipeline to both advance the company and as an insurance in case the lead compound should ultimately fail, as it very often happens in biotech despite investors and the company’s we got this feel good factor.

When combined with taking on the most significant additional funding ever before a key readout, that’s when I get a bit uneasy.

The extended delay factor seemingly with no good explanation adds to it, imo.

It doesn’t mean it will all go pear shaped for Anavex, but it isn’t impossible either.

There is also the possibility that the AVATAR readout is pretty ok and instructive, but will require another P3 trial.

I of course don’t know and posted my assigned 3 scenario probabilities that I know many will violently disagree with.
