If a company was just setting up operations, with all of these plans and goals in place, I would absolutely agree with you that the Org chart would need to look much different.

That's not what PHIL is and it's not where PHIL will be short term, so getting frustrated about changing something that isn't going to change, isn't accomplishing anything.

Is Henry in over his head? Yes.
Has it lead to self inflicted problems? Yes.
Is he too optimistic about timeframes? Yes.
Does he frustrate the hell out of me? Yes.
Would Henry be hired by a most Board of Directors to be their CEO? No.
Do we have any other options? No.

What we do have is a guy who has been working on many things for many years.
We have guy who doesn't quit.
We have a guy who is not out to scam shareholders, like most OTC CEO's, and many other CEO's.
We have a guy, who despite all of his shortcomings, cares about those who have put their faith in him, and he wants to prove those people right more than anything.
We have a guy who has made some incredible connections, all around the world, which has allowed him to reach this point.
We have a guy who is doing things that nobody on this board, or any stock board, could do because of those connections.
We have a guy who one either believes in, or doesn't, but he's what we have and that's not going to change.

When I'm not happy with how things are going, I stay silent on the board instead of bashing, because my investment is at stake, and I need Henry to succeed for me to succeed. However, if you think I stay silent with Henry, I do not. He knows exactly what I think at all times, good and bad.

You've been saying the same thing about needing more people on the team to help him, which is fair, but it only gets you more pissed off when it doesn't happen. Unfortunately, it isn't going to happen, so make lemonade out of lemons because Henry is all we have to run PHIL, and I believe it will serve shareholders well in the long run, despite all of the pitfalls in the short run.
