It would be a waste of money to buy another unrelated contract services company. I did not say they would fire Advent, I said they have many options. But one reason would be redundancy. Many large companies will not need an outside contractor when they buy a company with its own factory. In fact eventually they might even sell Sawston, though we will have to see. It depends how far along the company is in converting it to a full fledged state of the art cell manufacturing center, but just a place where they have individual Flaskworks machines.

What I said is basic business at a high level. It’s how deals are done.
