I believe the construction between Advent and NWBO will be such that BP when acquiring NWBO will see the great benefit in acquiring Advent and thus go ahead and do just that. But of course, its not a take a take both or leave it deal, I never said that’s the case.

think a company acquiring NWBO likely would keep them on, or buyout their employment contracts to keep the talent. Advent itself could then develop its own plant or become a marketing organization selling contract manufacturing services for other companies or they could sell themselves, basically their talent, back to CRL/Cognate.

I disagree with everything what you are saying. Why would a BP have Advent fire everyone and then rehire somewhere else and built its own CDMO etc The most logic steps for a BP when acquiring NWBO is not to waste time and a lot of money in setting up a new Contract Manufacturer for DCVAX. Advent knows how to produce DCVAX L time is money so logic dictates Advent will be bought to not disturb DCVAX production.
