Thanks for your reply, Frobinso. I don't doubt that the scenario you describe (management selling in advance of good news) has, on occasion, happened with companies for the reasons you give (planned sales etc). But I would be surprised if you could find one instance in NYSE/NASDAQ history where three board members have sold millions of dollars of shares, 10 weeks in advance of a ground-breaking deal that doubles or triples the market cap of the company instantaneously.

Again this isn't to say for a second that these sales are undeserved, concerning or in any way questionable, just that they don't fit with the timeline for commercialisation discussed here.

Sure, I could be wrong. Nothing here is certain. But I think if we asked impartial observers they would say that these sales indicate that, far more likely than not, commercialization is further away than we anticipate.

Anyway, last I say about it - don't want to drone on.
