No cruxifiction here, but I have held many stocks over the years where officers sold just ahead of significant good news. Often planned sales, purposefully meant to detach sales from such events.

Company officer selling after good news may seem smart to some, but also that brings criticism from investors - it is like squelching a rally or raining on a parade, and many times directors choose times to sell that avoid such mis-perceptions.

Just like management is supposed to take a long-term outlook on the direction of the company, they also care about their reputations and after a 15x increase in share price I feel that the sales that have occured this week say nothing at all about the potential for near-term news.

Just my opinion that you are reading too much into the tea leaves on the sales.
