All IMHO based on reading financials and ancillary documents over many years, including the original contract that likely still governs activities and was likely the base for any new contracts, the original contract with Cognate, except in this case The facilities now used are NWBO’s own factory and not Cognate’s own facilities in the US. So the financial arrangements for instance for maintaining a line, likely are somewhat different. The facility belongs to NWBO, there are no doubt ongoing responsibilities of a facilities manager and a contract manufacturer to have employees on staff, but NWBO clearly also contemplates possibly manufacturing other products in the facilities possibly for symbiotic profit or at least to reduce the costs of maintaining the facility, which seems to me more likely. All work in the factory is under the contracts that provide ultimate control to NWBO. Clearly. If they need the space for DCVax, then the space and facilities will be dedicated to DCVax.
