I think the issue as Bio has stated is that someone acquiring NWBO would inherit the contract with Advent. They would not need to spend any significant sum to obtain the services that Advent would perform for NWBO. Advent just isn't worth much by itself. Perhaps they would purchase Advent for a small price just for convenience sake, but wouldn't need to. This is a really simple issue. By acquiring NWBO the purchaser would also acquire the contract with Advent, the factory, Flaskworks, all the other equipment etc.
