Yes, and I wonder why they’d get a human tissue license also if it had nothing to do with DCvax-L. The reality is my initial post said nothing like what he objected to, it was carefully worded. He took it to where he wanted it to be so that he could attack it. But the reality is, no regulator would allow this to happen on their soil if it were deemed to be unfit snake oil and aloe their citizens to be ripped off. No one would do that. That is not saying that there has been a licensing approval. I said nothing like that nor that it had been evaluated for licensing. The entire process, the regulation and law is intended to treat patients, doctors and the hospitals they work for as being competent and capable of making the decision t prescribe this treatment. But, it is being processed on UK soil, and with the full expectation of what this certification means being known to all parties, including the regulator. There is nothing hidden here.

Everyone knows what this is for and why. That would not happen if tacitly the regulator was not aware that patients and doctors want this to happen and that this is not a dangerous or overpriced snake oil that is ripping off citizens of the UK. It just would not happen because that is the fundamental purpose of drug regulators, that is their raison d’etre.
