That is, NWBO must be able to commercially produce in order to expect to gain approval.

Who would give people like you and ex results before they have the ability to be approved?

Answer, you and ex would.

They must gain commercial manufacturing ramp readiness in order to be approved more quickly.

The combination patent application, to my mind, does not impact the speed of receiving phase iii trial results.
