Click the SOS "History" link and then the filing dated 2/8/2021. Eddie took over and not only upped the number of authorized shares from 30 billion to 40 billion he printed a buttload of PREFERRED A, B, C D's as well as a SUPER VOTE "K" and 10 "SUPER Q" voting shares. He has refused to disclose what the rate of conversion is.
