You couldn't retire one share of BDGR. Anyone can add up the restricted shares and the unrestricted shares to find out they EQUAL the OS. How are you going to "retire" shares that are owned by shareholders,or will be when those toxic notes convert? Or are you saying any shares YOU own or your buddies that own the ticker have are going to get thrown in the trash just to help out some schulps that own BDGR?----ROFLMAO!!
You could reduce the AS from 40B down to something less but that is NOT "retiring shares". That takes five minutes of shuffling paperwork and posting it once approved by the SOS. Oh BTW,somewhere between 5/13/21 and 6/8/21 your RAISED the AS another TEN BILLION SHARES. I have screenshots of that MASSIVE DILUTION too.
Just took a screenshot of the current share structure on OTC Markets. Let's just watch and see how many shares get "retired" over the next few weeks/months.
