One 'n' or two?! Most I see have one less 'n' at the end.

As far as the coming soon campaign and the related timeline of events, I really really really really hope you are right. I agree with your assessment that LP and LG are competent people. I'm also very closely aligned with your timeline, albeit maybe a bit past the 6 months. Where we diverge is the certainty on what this tote bag means.

Your tote bag assessment is grounded in conversations with lawyers that have experience in this area. I believe in your sincerity when you say you have a strong basis to make this assertion. You were also sincere and had strong beliefs in the SNO presentation and I remember some statement about you sitting down with 6 industry professionals at a dinner and raising this question and they all agreed that SNO made sense. Point being, professionals, especially ones not directly involved in the process themselves, are not always correct and it is healthy to view these things with a dose of skepticism.

This is how I will continue to view the tote bag coming soon claim, with skepticism. As we have agreed, there is a 3 step process to truly get to the bottom of this question (and even then the answer might be murky b/c the only certainty in law is that nothing is certain). It's not a fair standard to require on a board like this, but steps 2 and 3 probably requires access to Westlaw and their research tools. I'm sure the attorneys did some quick review in their head of the case based on the facts you told them and I'm sure they have a general grasp of the rules, but I doubt they were able, on the spot, to do a thorough analysis like you would see in a legal brief.

I'm not saying you are wrong. I'm just encouraging everyone to view these claims with skepticism b/c it isn't as clear as you make it out to be.
