I will call puffery what it is though and that speaks loudly to my experience with this company so I appreciate the unexpected compliment.

Accelerate could mean almost anything and can't pin one down to any specific set of actions in a given context. It's bragging on the same scale as saying "World's Best Hamburgers."

If its so basic then you can tell us specifically what they will be accomplishing with the money they raised. The actual document (not the flavor e-mail from Mr. Innes) just says its to fund business operations and does not seem to talk about acceleration at all. Hence I called it puffery.

They are making raising the money to keep the lights on look more exciting than it is and doing it in a legal way no one can call them off. That's good showmanship and also puffery but too many of us have been here too long to take it seriously.
