Keystone Canadian oil does not add to American oil in any appreciable way. It's all straight through for foreign interests. Always has been.

And no, Superior will not be tapped any more than it has been in the foreseeable future. Stop building multi million dollar home burbs in dry desserts and then expecting to divert natural rivers and fresh waters for any expansion that does not protect the environment.
