Yeah, because the PR person has been so forthright and reliable. What that statement tells me is that the trial failed but they are desperately trying to find some way around it, some way to salvage 16 years of a colossal f--- up. That's what I have been telling you for a long time, and everything I have said is gradually, ever so slowly, materializing. They've known the trial failed for six years, since 2015, and not just since they became unblinded. The unblinding just confirmed what they already knew. So they are trying to find some backdoor way to approval for at least some application of the vaccine in some limited circumstance. That's what the DI quote tells me.
It also explains why they can't tell us what is going on. Because, as others have pointed out this morning, there's just no reason that they promised TLD three times in 2020, and even put in writing that they expected to release TLD by the end of September 2020, and then never told us why they didn't release TLD and just pretended like the whole thing never happened. And here we are 13 months later with no explanation beyond cryptic references to waiting for publication and whining about COVID delays that no one believes. If they expected TLD in 2020 and then something unexpected came up that was legitimate, there is no reason why they couldn't just tell us what that was. But their silence tells you everything. They saw the data, they are scrambling, and that is why they don't want to say anything. Everyone here knows this explanation absolutely makes the most sense. Everyone here knows they are unblinded. And everyone here knows that if the data were really good they would have announced it a long, long time ago. This is all just beyond obvious.
BTW, I heard from someone I know who owns a lot more shares than I do and they said they just filed an official SEC complaint against the company for withholding material information. I doubt the SEC will be interested, but just the fact that NWBO has been in the SEC crosshairs for so long might spur the SEC to at least make a phone call. And if that happens, who knows where it might lead.
