... who when filling out a judicial complaint form that specifically states "do not include any allegations based on what "the judge knew" "or should have known," completely ignored these instructions and made your complaint about what the judge should have known. So, is it that you can't follow simple instructions or that you don't think the rules pertain to you? Is it that each successive failure can simply be followed by a "I would have won if the judicial system was not rigged," never to admit the shortcomings of your own legal submissions?
