Oh look who it is, our old friend llro (letliesringout), regaling us with his mindless drivel masquerading as pseudo-intellectual pearls of wisdom. Raf's next Poll should ask, "What is llro's most egregious deficiency?"

a. Lack of reading comprehension?
b. Lack of legal knowledge?
c. Lack of ability to formulate logical non-pseudo-intellectual thought?
d. Lack of integrity?
e. Some combination of all of the above?

The winner should be "e", as llro's inane diatribe encompasses all of the above. Any individual exercising even the most rudimentary levels of reading comprehension, legal knowledge, logical thought, and integrity, would have never sat down at their computer, and under their own free will without duress or coercion, composed llro's post to which I am responding.

For the reasons set forth in over 100 pages of briefing filed with the Federal Circuit, llro's pseudo-intellectual nonsense, and outright falsehoods should be rejected in totality, as utterly and completely devoid of merit, and completely contrary to the truth.
