So one of my interests when trading during the day is to watch Level II of the companies I invest/trade in. The NWBO Level II is completely different than what I see in other stocks. We keep seeing decent trades in the 5-10k amounts pop up and almost none of them (including our algo friend who trades 100 shares at bid every minute or so) shows up as a deficit in the shares available both on the bid and ask side. The majority (my guess is 80%) of the trades are done within a MM and has zero influence on the bid/ask amounts available according to Level II. This barely happens on any other Level II I watch, both on the OTC and on the major exchanges.
