It seems that the court was ok with having the defendants defraud them.

The court did not notice it during the trial then subsequently dismissed it on appeal.

This has emboldened the defendants it seems into thinking there are no boundaries for their behavior.

The US courts have played a significant role in letting all of this happen. As has the company in not helping in the pursuit of fighting a wrong.

I hope that we all don't find that it will continue. It's very difficult being optimistic about the outcome of this latest initiative.

Much effort has been expended and all longs I am sure are grateful and wish for the best.
