All I can say that we will vigorously request that the Court rules favorably on the merits, and ends the case in this Court at this level on this Appeal with a complete reversal of the verdict, and the re-institution of the Amarin parents.

It is too early and too speculative to determine whether the Panel would decide the case, or remand. I just don't want them to affirm. :)

If the case got remanded back to Nevada on the merits, then a whole Pandora's Box would be opened, but yes the parties would probably be directed to brief the merits and prepare for a hearing.
