It wasn’t until March 19, 2021, four and a half years after this case was first filed, nearly a year after the district court’s judgment, more than six months after this Court’s summary affirmance, and more than four months after this Court’s denial of Amarin’s petition for panel rehearing and rehearing en banc, that EPADI moved to intervene at the district court and to vacate the judgment.
Correct me if I am wrong but the causative factor that initiated MArjacs filing did NOT occur 4.5 years ago ?? SO this is just obfuscation and hyperbole to confuse the judge ?
