The issue then would go back to the origins of Advent. Specifically whether nwbo used nwbo funds to create and/or equip Advent in London? Is LP the founder/owner/other of Advent and did LP directly use nwbo funds/assets to provide them to Advent for no negotiated value to nwbo?

Advent was formerly a division of Cognate. Before Cognate was taken private they spun off Advent to LP (Toucan)

Over the last 5 years, NWBO has paid Advent about $30M (not counting the spend for Sawston).

As far as value provided, the only think we know of is about $4M in Specials revenue.
