No Worries Poor Man, I am always open to learning and correction of my misunderstandings, and besides a Jersey/Brooklyn guy has got to have resilience to keep getting up!

To understand where I’m coming from, to get to where I may have gone wrong, I was referring to the analogy to Advent as a contracted labor organization providing skilled labor to nwbo towards operating production related processes, at nwbo provided Sawston space using nwbo provided/equipped/conditioned capital assets (e.g., clean rooms, centrifuges, flasks, etc.) to get to the point of being able to produce and produce DCVax. Advent hires/fires/manages/pays their employees presumably from payments from nwbo according to the terms of the contract between nwbo and Advent.

The issue then would go back to the origins of Advent. Specifically whether nwbo used nwbo funds to create and/or equip Advent in London? Is LP the founder/owner/other of Advent and did LP directly use nwbo funds/assets to provide them to Advent for no negotiated value to nwbo?
