I'd be curious as to what he was saying 20 years ago right after 9/11. - That has nothing to do with the US going in circles for 20 years.
btw, this same son purchased a bike in NYC on 9/11, rode over the GW bridge and had his wife pick him up in NJ...oh, and the bike is still hanging in his garage.
