Peg, There is obviously plenty of blame to go around.

But I'd be curious as to what he was saying 20 years ago right after 9/11.

"If you ever feel useless, remember it took 20 years, trillions of dollars and 4 U.S. presidents to replace the Taliban with the Taliban".
