ok, question here for the board....

What are the correct share structure numbers? The ones in the ibox do not match the numbers Rich from IR (thanks Irish) emailed me back... What's the story.. congrats to all you early entry people... have had this on watch since .0001x.0002 but never had the chance to load up...

anyway, here's what Rich sent me back from my email to him yesterday..

We have outstanding around 500,000,000. With 385,000,000 in float and 120,000,000 insiders, others (144), The shares authorized is about 2Billion. We have an open 504 reg D for up to a 1 million dollar raise. Stock issued under the 504 is restricted under rule 144 and a warrant is attached for a 2-year period. The 504 is currently priced at .001 with the warrant priced at the same amount. Note: .001 not .0001
